Shipping & Returns Policy

At Edenesse, we are committed to delivering high-quality clean beauty products crafted with care.

Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.  

Shipping

We deliver your order within 3–7 business days.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• Shipping charges apply to orders below ₹499.

• Order updates are shared via email and SMS.

Payment Methods

We offer secure payment options via Razorpay and other methods available on our website.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged during transit.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Request Timeline:

All requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Approval Process:

All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Edenesse.

To Qualify for a Return/Exchange:

The product must be in saleable condition.

Original packaging, invoice, and tags must be intact.

The product must show no signs of usage, tampering, or mishandling.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Opened, used, or tampered products.

Damage caused due to improper usage, handling, or storage.

Products purchased under offers, trials, or discounts.

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

All products once sold are non-refundable, except for approved eligible returns. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If your return is approved after inspection, we will offer:

A replacement or exchange, or.

A refund.

Refund Method:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

After Dispatch:

Cancellation is only possible via return. Refunds will be processed after the product is received and successfully verified.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 24–72 business hours after inspection.

The amount may take 7–21 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Information

Edenesse reserves the right to approve or decline any return or refund request after verification.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels, seals, and accessories intact.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of opening your package to help resolve damage or missing item claims faster.
